I have much more energy, and feel more alive and inspired to make healthier choices in my life.
I began working with Megan in March of 2014 after quitting smoking in November of the previous year. In 12 months, I went from 190 lbs to 216 lbs, which was primarily a massive gain in lean muscle mass (some small fat loss as well). In the past, I could barely run a ¼ mile in 2:40, but can now easily run it in under 2:00 and I actually enjoy running hills! I’ve also noticed considerable improvements in my speed on the ice when I play hockey, and my stamina has also increased considerably. My workouts with Megan have been complemented by the food plan she developed for me. I was surprised that her meals weren’t all “new age”, but were actually tasty and satisfying! She helped me improve the quality of my eating, and I’m happy to say that I haven’t eaten a meal out of a box in over a year. It’s all real, whole foods now. Since working with Megan, I have much more energy, and feel more alive and inspired to make healthier choices in my life.
